Planning building and launching a campaign

Project overview

I led two multi-channel marketing campaigns at TalenTeam to raise awareness and drive engagement for SAP SuccessFactors Support Services and SAP Release Management Service.
 

I handled content planning, SEO, UX writing, research, copywriting, and scriptwriting, collaborating with the consultant team and an external agency to deliver clear, consistent email, web, and social content.
 

Timeline: 1 month per service
Tools used: HubSpot, Figma, Chat GPT, Vimeo
Collaboration: Consultant team, leadership team and external agency

Campaign 1: SAP SuccessFactors Support

Many clients didn’t realise we offered ongoing support after implementation.
The service was there but our messaging wasn’t, leading to missed opportunities for deeper engagement.

Results: What changed

  • The campaign helped reposition our Support services as a core, long-term value offering, not just a post-go-live add-on.

  • Boosted traffic to the refreshed Support page, with improved time-on-page and click-through rates

  • Email campaign drove engagement, with strong open and click-through rates across client segments

  • Consultant videos increased credibility, performed well on social, and helped humanise the service

  • Social posts sparked conversations with both new and existing clients, leading to direct enquiries

  • Internal teams began referencing the new materials during client calls, aligning messaging across touchpoints

My approach

  • Collaborated with consultants to identify recurring client challenges

  • Created a focused messaging plan, refined with internal feedback

  • Refreshed the Support webpage to improve clarity, SEO, and user engagement

  • Launched a mass awareness email via HubSpot to all customers, not just support users

  • Produced video interviews with consultants to highlight our hands-on expertise

  • Wrote scripts, directed recordings, and edited via Vimeo (sound, captions, music)

  • Promoted the campaign through a tailored social media series:
 Videos, Carousels, Client quotes

Campaign 2: SAP Release Services Launch

I developed and executed a multi-channel content strategy to introduce TalenTeam’s new SAP Release Services. This campaign aimed to educate existing and potential clients on the importance of effective release management and position TalenTeam as a proactive partner in ensuring smooth SAP updates.

Results: What changed

The campaign introduced Release Management as a must‑have service for smooth SAP updates and created urgency around upcoming releases.
 

  • New landing page generated steady traffic and direct enquiries

  • Targeted launch email highlighted urgency, driving client conversations

  • Blog and expert video simplified a complex topic and positioned TalenTeam as a thought leader

  • Social posts raised awareness of release dates and channelled traffic to the landing page

  • Internal teams used the new content to explain the service consistently in client discussions

My approach

  • Landing Page: Planned and wrote SEO-optimised copy for the new SAP Release Services landing page, clearly explaining the service benefits, process, and value for customers.

  • Blog: Authored an in-depth blog post demystifying SAP release cycles, their impact on system performance, and how TalenTeam can support businesses in staying up to date.

  • Social Posts: Created 2–3 engaging social media posts, including copy and creative briefs, to promote the new service, build awareness, and drive traffic to the landing page.
